Important thing to know of Bangladesh

After achieving the right of our mother language Bangla in 1952 and Independence in 1972 Bangladesh was gain her satisfactory. But beside achieve freedom we lost a lot life, wealth and so on. Many people lost their life to bring our mother language and independence on that time we never forget them. For remember them and others purpose we used few symbol.

I would like to mention some important symbol mane with description:

1.  National “Sohid Minar”           : Its stand beside the Dhaka                                                                                                    Medical college hospital.

 For whom                             : Who sacrifice their life for mother language in 952 movement 
 “Sohid Dibos”                   : 21^st February
Designer of ”Sohid Minar”  : Abdul Goffar Chowdhory.

 2.  National “Sriti Shoudho”                     : Its stand on Savar, 35 km from Dhaka                                                                                                              city 

           For whom                                              : who sacrifice their life in 1971 for bring our                                                                                                     freedom.

    “Sadhinota Dibos”                               : 26^th March

     Designer of “Sriti Shoudho”                : Syad Mainul Hosain.

3.  National “Budhijibi Siriti Shoudho”    : Mirpur in Dhaka.

  For whom                                                 : The intellectual of our country.

  Designer of “Budhijibi Siriti Shoudho”     : Mostofa Harun Kudus.

4. “Oporajoy-a Bangla”                             : Its stand on “Kola Bhoban Chottor”                                                                                                  in Dhaka University

    Symbol for                                            : Men and women participate in                                                                                                             independent war together and                                                                                                            achieve victory

5. “Soparjit Sadinota”                              : its stand on “In middle circle of                                                                                                           between Rokya hall and student,                                                                                                                teacher meeting hall.

6. Duranto”                                        : Its stand on “Shishu Academy Dhaka”

  Symbol for                                     : Innocent children of Bangladesh.

7.   “Bolaka”                                     : In front of Biman office, Motijhil,                                                                     Dhaka.

8.  “Safla”                                 : In front of Bangladesh Bank,
                                                            Motijhil, Dhaka.

Symbol for                                    : National Flower.

9.National Symbol                          : Both side Rice grain as circle shape, In middle floating water  lily, in top three leaf with jute                                     tree and both side tow of the                                                            four star.

11.    National Fruit                                                        : Jackfruit
















12. National Animal                                                    : Royal Bengal Tiger.

13.   National Bird                                                         : Oriental Magpie Robin
